ヒロシ経営コンサルティングは、建設業・製造業の経営支援を専門とするコンサルティング事務所です。

約２０年間のエンジニアリング会社勤務の後、経営コンサルタントとして独立いたしました。会社勤務時代に学んだプロジェクトマネジメント知識、ノウハウを活かし、建設業、受注生産型製造業を中心に経営支援を行っています。

今後、国内人口の減少に伴い、長期的に国内市場は縮小します。その中で勝ち続けるためには、常に自社の現実を直視し、適切な経営戦略を実行するとともに、現場力をコツコツと磨き続ける必要があります。
